Classic American Folk Ensemble
The world-famous and much-loved folk group, The New
Christy Minstrels made their national television debut on The Andy
Williams Show more than 44 years ago. Since then, under the direction of
Randy Sparks, their many accomplishments include Grammy awards, numerous
gold records and entertaining at The White House.
The 8-member ensemble opened the door for stars like Kenny Rogers, John
Denver and Kim Carnes. Still engaging audiences around the globe is the
Founder Randy Sparks joined by Originals Dolan Ellis, and Pete
Henderson, with newer members Becky Jo Benson, Eddie Boggs, Jennifer
Lind, Greg O'Haver, and David Deutschendorf (John Denver's Uncle). For
